Tbilisi—On 10 February 2026, His Excellency Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunications, continued to lead the delegation to exchange experiences on digital government transformation with relevant ministries and institutions in Georgia.
At the invitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, a coordinator for the visit, H.E. Minister, held a bilateral meeting with H.E. Alexander Khvtisiashvili, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia. During the meeting, H.E. Alexander Khvtisiashvili expressed his sincere appreciation to H.E. Minister and the delegation for visiting Georgia. He also conveyed his hopes for further strengthening relations between the two countries, both in bilateral and multilateral frameworks, through digital cooperation.




H.E. Minister shared Cambodia’s progress in the digital sector and digital government transformation, which has enhanced its recognition on the international stage and provided travel conveniences for international tourists to Cambodia. As an outcome of the discussions, the Georgian side expressed its intention to establish a visa on arrival for Cambodian citizens traveling to Georgia, who currently must apply for a visa in person at the Georgian Embassy in Malaysia.
