The Ministry of Post and Telecommunications Organized Cyber Arena 2026 Online Competition with 157 Teams

Phnom Penh: On June 27, 2026, the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC) hosted the Cyber Arena 2026 Online Competition. The competition attracted 157 teams, which equaled 547 participants from government ministries and institutions, private institutions, and educational institutions online. Following an intense 8-hour challenge, the evaluation committee selected the top 3 winning teams, who solved the most exercises and scored with the fastest speed, and also identified the top 30 standout teams and 10 reserved teams.

The top three winning teams among the 30 teams will receive the following cash prizes:

– 1st Place: Team WillHack4Coffee – USD 1,000

– 2nd Place: Team NO NAME—USD 700

– 3rd Place: Team KHMER BLOOD – USD 500

The 3 winning teams and the top 30 standout teams will participate in the upcoming National Cybersecurity Competition in August 2026.

The MPTC would like to extend congratulations to the top 30 teams and all participants for their dedication and hard work in this competition. The Cyber Arena 2026 reflects MPTC’s active role in developing digital human capital and driving competitiveness in the cybersecurity sector both in Cambodia and the region.

The competition was supported by the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC) under the CBRD Fund, with co-sponsorship from F5 Network, Grab, Chief Bank, POSITRON MULTIVERSE Co., Ltd., and Veilron Technologies.
