Phnom Penh: On the morning of April 30, 2026, His Excellency Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunications, received a courtesy meeting with the founders of the ARC Startup Accelerator and 14 digital startup founders at the headquarters of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC).

During the meeting, H.E. Minister reviewed and discussed the following: 1) the progress of the ARC Startup Accelerator project; 2) the ARC Solopreneurship program with ATC and Catalyst AI Academy; and 3) presentations by four digital startup founders, including Finluy, Quicknews, Mekong Intelligence, and Prohose. These four digital startups participated in the ARC Startup Accelerator program at the AUPP Technology Center for one year.

It is worth noting that MPTC consistently supports and seeks national and international partners such as Plug and Play, the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia (YEAC), the ARC Startup Accelerator, and ACTSmart. The initiative aims to strengthen digital literacy, build digital human capital, and empower digital startups in Cambodia to enhance their capacity to export digital technology products to the global market.
