Phnom Penh: On the morning of August 11, 2026, His Excellency Mam Amnot, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC), led an MPTC delegation to a meeting with representatives from the Ministry of Justice, led by His Excellency Keng Somarith, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Justice, to review and discuss the Draft Law on Post at the Ministry of Justice.

The meeting focused on discussing chapters related to inspections and penal provisions, as well as reviewing various regulatory clauses to ensure the draft law is robust, comprehensive, and aligned with existing legal principles.
